Dr. Lisanda Mojica
I am a clinical psychologist born and raised in Eswatini, and my culture and upbringing continue to shape how I understand people, relationships, and healing.
My practice is grounded in a culturally informed, evidence-based approach, with a particular focus on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe that lasting change happens when people feel truly seen and understood not just in their thoughts, but in their emotions and the connections they share with others. I draw on the depth of my clinical training while staying attentive to the cultural, familial, and social context each client brings into the room.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, supporting people through a wide range of concerns from relationship conflict and emotional disconnection to personal growth, life transitions, and family dynamics. Whether you're working through something on your own or alongside the people closest to you, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and genuinely collaborative.
I approach every client with warmth, honesty, and cultural sensitivity, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone. My hope is to help you build stronger, more secure connections with yourself and with the people you love.
